The files here are the original PDFs generated from the PostScript generated from the original MacAuthor files(!) Better ones, I think, are the ones generated from the HTML that are linked to from the main book table of contents.

The versions with 'a' in the name were processed by Doug Webb to fix some problems with the originals when read with RiScript.

all.pdf is a composite of all of the chapters put together by Samuel Kock. It includes bookmarks for the main headings. all.zip is a ZIPped version of it which is rather smaller.
